Once you complete my brief trip inquiry form, you can book your complimentary Discovery Call to get started. On the call, we’ll review your package options, dive deep into the vacation you’re envisioning, and go over your family’s specific needs and wishes—so I can create something custom, just for you.

Craft
If you decide to move forward with my services, I’ll send over my Design Fee invoice and then get to work. I’ll collaborate with my exclusive travel partners to create your custom trip proposal—depending on the vacation experience you’re after, I’ll deliver 2-3 options for you to choose from. I offer up to two revisions on your favorite option and request your response within 48-72 hours of receiving a proposal, so I can lock in pricing for you!

Book
With your proposed itinerary finalized, I’ll get to work booking all of your travel elements for you—depending on the level of service you choose, this could be everything from flights, transfers, and hotels to excursions, train travel, mobility devices, and event tickets. The goal is to create a seamless escape for you from departure all the way to your return home!

Escape
I’ll be in touch as your departure day approaches with my best tips and guidance on maximizing your time in your destination. As you travel, you can rest easy knowing you have a pro in your back pocket—that’s me!—if you need any assistance. Along with my in-destination travel partners, I’m here to ensure a stress-free trip for you, no matter where in the world your travels take you.
